To a lot of people, cooling and relaxing masks is a must have in there skincare routine during the hot seasons. These types of masks are great to use during the spring and summer because not only it will help you destress, but it just feels so good and helps your skin. Cooling and relaxing face masks are easy to use at home. These masks provide a cooling sensation to refresh your skin while absorbing oils and impurities and smoothing the skin. Cooling Face masks can be removed by either rinsing it off with water or by peeling it off. Some ingredients in these cooling and relaxing face masks are dead sea minerals, hyaluronic acid, glycerin, rosa canina seed oil, water, citrus lemon peel oil, hydrolyzed soy protein, Rosmarinus officinalis leaf oil, and Mangifera indica seed butter. Peach Mask

You will need 1 egg and peach to make this mask. Peel the peach then cut it into small pieces. Then take an egg white and whip it thoroughly. Lastly put then in a blender and blend it until it’s mixed. Apply to face for about 15 minutes and was it off with cool water.

Oatmeal Mask

To make this mask you will need a ⅓ cup of oatmeal, 1 teaspoon of organic honey, and 2 teaspoons of organic full-fat milk. First, blend the oatmeal in a food processor until it’s powdery. Mix the organic honey and the milk in a bowl until it forms a spreadable paste. Then add in the oatmeal and mix it well then apply a thin layer on your face and sit back and relax for about 15-20 minutes then wash off with warm water.

Yogurt and Banana Mask

The ingredients to make this mask are 1 teaspoon of organic honey and 2 teaspoons of full-fat yogurt. Put the ingredients in a bowl and microwave it for a few seconds so that it will blend well. Apply it to your face and let it completely dry then wash off with water.

Lemon Juice and Aloe Vera Gel Mask

You will need 2 teaspoons of lemon juice and 2 tablespoons of aloe vera gel. Get an aloe vera plant and cut it in half then scrape the gel out and put in in a bowl. Then add in the lemon juice and mix it well. Apply it on your face for a couple of minutes then wash it off.

Green Tea and Apple Cider Vinegar Face Mask

To make this cooling face mask you will need 1 cup of green tea, 1 ½ tablespoon of dry oatmeal, 1 teaspoon of honey, 1 tablespoon of apple cider vinegar, and 2 tablespoons of plain yogurt. First, brew your green tea and while it’s hot mix 3 tablespoons of green tea with the dry oatmeal. Mix it well and let it sit for about 2 minutes. Add in the honey and stir it until the honey dissolved. Next, add in the apple cider vinegar and plain yogurt and mix it well until it becomes a thick paste. Put it on your face and leave it on for a couple of minutes then wash it off when you’re done.
